Looking for some advise or help

Postby N39GW3 » Sun Aug 16, 2009 4:42 am

Hey all first not sure if I got it in the right section. I am not new to building an all but I have a problem an need help with doing up a airport I have the airport built but I would like to create buildings an all for it but I am no good at that. I was wondering if I could possibly have someone help me on it. Cause I do not know anything about gmax an I am unsure how to remove the trees an buildings where I have the airfield placed. It is a fictional airport called OBXS as the icao code but the name of the airfield is Dare County International I did not know how to give me terrian so I placed it away from the actual county which is Dar County north Carolina. Any help would be Appreciated.

I can't help with Gmax.

For the rest, airport terrain, exclusions, etc. it's necessary to know what version of the sim you're designing for. If it's FSX, do you have the SDK installed (requires FSX Deluxe or Gold).

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

No it is not for fsx I don't think afcad2 is available for fsx. It is for FS9

For FS9, SBuilder gives you all the tools necessary to prepare the terrain for your new airport. With it you can flatten and apply new terrain texture which will give you the surface to build the airport with Afcad. You can also place scenery objects from the default libraries and Rwy12 libraries.

Download Sbuilder here-http://www.fsdeveloper.com/forum/downloads.php?do=file&id=68
