*blinks several times*

I'm trying to figure out what was said.  Without punctuation, not much of that made sense.

But nearest I can figure is that you want something to help you with the 2D panel, right?

Unfortunately, there is no freeware program for FS9 or FSX that can do this (to my knowledge).

There is FS Panel Studio, but it's payware.

The best thing to use is Notepad combined with a load of patience.

What exactly are you trying to do?

We here at SimV tend not to use netspeak, since it's already hard to understand how to get some of this stuff done, especially the design stuff.  I'd recommend that you adopt this policy if you want people to really help you.  Typing in complete sentences and trying to spell correctly will really help us understand what it is we can help you with.

But here's the scoop on your question:

There is NO freeware program out there to help build the 2D panel.

FS Panel Studio's free trial does not allow you to save your progress.  It's purely there to show you the features.

If you want to do this freely, you must do it using Notepad and some form of graphics editor, which you will need to create the textures for the aircraft anyway.  I recommend either PaintShop Pro or PhotoShop, both of which cost a fair bit of change.  There are several free graphics editors out there, however.  Pixia comes to mind.  These will aid you in the creation, but the real work will have to be done in a text editor.

There is one utility which will give you an idea of the basics of panel design. First file on this page. http://www.simviation.com/fsdesign_panels1.htm

The main problem being that it cannot read the XML gauges used in many FS9/FSX panels.

Yeah, I was going to suggest CfgEdit, Hagar.  But since it can't read XML, it's more of a hassle than a help, these days.  Even if you manually write in the XML gauges, then use that to do only the GAU files, it can screw up the XML sizing once you save.

BTW, manesag, CfgEdit is the little brother to FS Panel Studio and was discontinued after FS9 came out.
