an idea- cabin announcements panel fsx

Ok so i have an idea to make a freeware program, that plays cabin sounds, and announcements. I was thinking i could do the panel like that of aicarriers (if you've ever used that freeware program), but i dont know how to make something like that so if someone could put me in the rite direction (or help me) that would be great. thanks.

Why re-invent the wheel?  I made a panel like that waaaaay back in 2003 and I believe simmers are using it in FSX.  You might give it a try.  (over 50,000 downloads to date).  

Look over at the avsim library and do a search on 'FDSFXPNL.ZIP' for the base package.  Plus there are many Voice-sets for it for various airlines or you can mix-n-match your own for "generic" announcements.
