Scenery? Not that I am aware of, there is an AFCAD converter though...

Can you provide a bit more information? A lot of scenery elements designed for FS9 will work in FSX. Certainly there are several ways to get the underlying airport facilities data (AFCAD) 'converted' from FS9 to FSX.
In most cases it is try it and see what happens :)
