If you have FSX Deleuxe you could try using the Object Placer tool. It's not nearly as easy
to use as SBuilderX but it does have a good selection of hangers. Also, there is a scale factor
that can be applied to scale any prticular scenery model up or down in size.

I used this scale factor to reduce some hangars for my Tonopah Test Range scenery enhancemet
( in the Avsim library ).

The user interface for Object Placement tool is pretty lousy, IMO. It's difficult to edit fields for
object rotation and using the mouse for this is if'y at best. It takes some getting used to but
it can be used if you don't get too frustrated easily.

You need to have the SDK installed  and the following statements should then be in
your dll.xml file: ( with your path to the SDK...mine is on I: drive )

   Object Placement Tool
   False
   False
   I:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X SDK\SDK\Mission Creation Kit\object_placement.dll

Then in free flight, windowed mode, go to the drop down menu under "Tools".
You should see the entry to open the Object Placement tool.

read the documentation in the SDK. You need to save your file as "Scenery"
and NOT "Misson", plus when closing the tool do not let it "Save" as it
will overwrite the "Scenery" save with a "Mission" formatted file. NOT what
you want.
Once you have completed all your scenery additions for the project you will
then drag the scenery XML file that was created onto the BGLComp in the
SDK to produce the final BGL.
