afcad trouble

hi simmers

i am having trouble with afcad

at the top of the program there is a parking selector box underneath the hold short nodes
when i go to it there is no airlines listed in the box can anyone help.

That's because you assign the airlines to gates by double clicking a gate and then inserting the airline's three letter code into the box at the bottom of that dialogue.  :)

For Afcad221/FS9:

Check your afcad installation. There should be the file 'parkingspecs.txt' in the Afcad program folder. If it's not there, or is empty, it's included in the program download, 'AFCAD221.zip'.

**Selecting from this list automatically puts the XXX code in the 'parking properties' dialog. It's also available in the 'parking properties' dialog and the 'aircraft editor'. This list was provided by PAI and included to try to keep the XXX codes uniform.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
