Creating 'Transitions' - (Approaches)

Hi

Is there a way in FS2004 to add what microsoft call transitions - and I call approach procedures.  I have a few that are published in UK Approach plates but do not come up when asked by FS 'ATC'.  I know I could just fly them anyway but wonder if there is a database of Approaches, or if they are included in the AFCAD files etc.
