Program to add NDB/VOR Radio Beacons to scenery?

Postby Fozzer » Sat Jul 15, 2006 3:07 am

Hello Lads... ;D...!
I used to have a little program a few years ago, (since lost!), which enabled me to add, and place, Nav Aids ie; NDB's, VOR's buildings from a drop down list of buildings/objects, including their radio frequencies, to my scenery... ;)...!
The NDB hut would appear as a hut with an antenna on the roof.
The new objects would appear in my my scenery and my FS Navigator GPS map together with their radio frequencies....;D...!
I have tried to perform the same procedure using AFCAD without success*....although my new NDB shows on the AFCAD airfield map, which is fine, and is saved as a .bgl file in the Add-on Scenery Folder, it does not appear in either the Simulator scenery, or GPS Map....!
* Neither does it produce a physical building object..!

Does anyone remember where my original  program to add physical NDB/VOR Nav Aids can be found...?

Many thanks...!

Cheers all...!

A ferret around a number of design programs seem to indicate that the program I was looking for was FSSC (Flight Sim Scenery Creator).
It has the drop down list of objects to add to the existing scenery, including my VOR's and NDB's.... ;D...!
So I may have sorted the problem out all by mineself...
...which was nice... ;)...!
LOL...!

..just got to remember how I did it last time... ::)... ;)... ;D...!

Cheers all...!
