airport design help

hi,

i have downloaded flight simulator scenery creator in order to creat an airport. so well, until now i have no idea how to draw my parkings and my gates!! I have done my runway, taxi ways and buildings and my flat land. infact because its the first time, i have no idea if i am going in the right track!!

please tell me how i can build my parkings and gates in flight simulator scenery creator, and how i can get the colours of the runway and taxiway as seen here: http://www.fssc.avsim.net/screenshots.html

currently, i have everything layered and no colours as i dont know how to add them as in the link!!
