Fuel pumps.....

Hey all,
I'm creating a small airfield using AFCAD, and placing default buildings etc. using Roger Mole's "04ScenPk.zip". One of the buildings to place is a Fuel pump, but, when I taxi up to it, my fuel doesn't increase. Does anybody know how I can create a working fuel pump (using AFCAD or otherwise) ?

Help would be highly appreciated

Try shutting off your engine by the pump, thats how I get fuel

Try applying the parking brake.
