Ground2k4 v4.0 problem with Lines

Everything seems OK with the program , except that I can`t visualize the Line/Coast/Roads  in the dialog ,
everything is empty so I can`t draw coasts or roads

I would like to use this version and not replacing it with an older version

I tried replacing the tdf macros  but the problem is still there

any ideas?  Thanks in advance.
