adding a fuel station

Help!!!!!
I am trying to add a fuel station to an airport.  Using Rwy12,
I have managed to add it but as I can't do the xml coding so I can get fuel from it. The bglcomp_sdk doesn't make it easy to follow when adding to scenery.
???
Can someone please help me with what I need type into the .xml file so I can use the fuel station?

AFCAD2 to add a fuel fully active  fuel area?  is that possible?
