Raised airports

Hello, Could someone tell me if there is a way to get some airports level with the surrounding area?

Like CYXD, CYYC, CYZF(this one the airport is bellow the surrounding land scape)

I downloaded something called "cyxd_flat" from one of the sim sites, it seems to have worked well.
