There's gauges included with most aircraft with their own panels. You will soon have more than you can handle. If you need a special gauge try the relevant section at Simviation.

Almost any fs downloads site will have a guages section. You can try here at simviation or at others such as avsim.com. You can also find gauges in your fs9 gauges folder Microsoft Games/FS9/Gauges.
