Need help

Okie dokie, please be patient with me on this as i am complete newbie to this area of flight sim. I am looking to design a house for both FS2002 and 2004. I would like to know first where to start and then everything else after that:) what will i need, i have pictures to work from and also its location on the planet. Thanks for any help

Ahh, the location on the planet part is particularly useful!! lol.... Well a good start is EOD, which you cna get here on SimV. That will make the macro for the house. Then get FSSC, which I think is on here too, and use that to put it in the FS world. Takes time to get it too look realy good, but it will happen in the end!!

One other idea is GMAX.
Although I must caution you this is not a very user friendly program if you have no experience with 3d programs. But there is a good tutorial on how to make a house. I did this and beleive me I am no expert at this. It took me a few times to get it right but I finally managed it. I now use the house as a line shack at my base airport. I have to admit it looks cool comes with both day and night textures.
It is not a huge house but I am sure you can use your measurements in place of the ones they use. But you might have to tweak it a little more than they do to get the right results.
But like I said in the opening GMAX has been linked to hair loss if you catch my drift ;D
