I do not think you can do this.
The reasin is that the aircraft carrier is a scenery object rather than a airport the only way you could alter it would be to have the source file that was used to create it. Then you would have to have the same program or a comperable program that would allow you to edit it.
Objects like aircraftcarriers are like buildings and have to be created then compiled into a bgl file to allow them to be used by FS. You can move the control towers on airports with AFCAD but this will not allow you to edit objects like a aircraft carrier.
Truthfully it would be easier to make your own carrier the way you want it to be. Once made you could place it any wher you wanted to. Even in more than one place by making duplicate files using differant positions in each file.
