Looking for scereny designer

I am looking for a scenery desginer for Ameriflight VAC, either a one time scenery design or a designer strictly devoted to Amerflight VAC, I have all the dimensions, and all the pictures you will need of the real place. I am willing to pay real money here but it has to be good and acurate. We can work that out.
