The easy way would be to change the wind in that area to blow in the opposite direction that the runway goes.
EX if the runway you want to use is 09 than have the wind come out of 180 and blow to 090 that usually is all you need to do .
I always keep a actual compas handy so I can make sure i get the direction right.
Rember one always wants to land & take off into the wind.
