Lego Island in FS???

Postby Mike Thurman » Mon Mar 01, 2004 9:19 am

Well, since the 3d design section is "Aircraft and 3d design" i did'nt know where to post this. SO i did here. What i want to do is make a small island in FS ( not as a gmax file, but terrain ) called "Lego Island" from the game "Lego Island 2". I want it to have terrain so that i can build the small airstrip on "Space Hill" a location on this very small and remote island. I'd reeeeeeeeeaaaaallllly like to know how to do this, and i urgently need help, whoever reads this can they please help me with this if they can ( namely someone who knows about scenery ).

Thanks

Hi Mike. I would think the obvious place for this topic would be the Scenery & Panel Design forum. ::)
Don't bother posting it again as I'm sure it will be moved there anyway. You might like to read through some of the existing topics there as I'm sure this has been discussed.

There are several freeware Terrain Mesh design applications available. I'm not familiar with this side of scenery design & it might be better if I don't get involved.

LOL Jared. This might have been true once but this stuff gets more complex every day. ::)

I think RollerBall would be the best person around here to give advice on this one.
