Terrain Mesh SDK, need Help!!!

I've been looking at pages on how you can customise terrain in FS2004/2002 and it has led me to the Microsoft Terrain Mesh SDK. The only problem is that i went to the sdk section on the microsoft site and there was no Terrain mesh SDK. I REALLY need some help finding it.

The only Microsoft SDK that I would see directly applicable would be the scenery SDK..

Anyway, you've probably found it by now but the Terrain SDK is the second to last link at the page Felix provided. It contains a document, "Creating Terrain.pdf", which is probably what you're looking for.
