Creating NDB stations

[BFMF]

How would I go about creating an NDB station in FS9 which will show up on the built-in Map and GPS systems?

I've been installing a lot of bush scenery, but since the AFD.bgl files aren't compatible with FS9, the scenery doesn't show up on the GPS.

Any help is appreciated.
