Macros ... Please

 Hi !
     Here i want some help on.
   (1)  Which softwares can be used to creat macros?
   (2)  How can they created ?
   (3)  Can any craft in flight sim 98 , be converted into macro , if yes  than via  which tool?

I use EOD (Easy Object Designer) to make all macros except aircraft.  http://www.echos.ch/eod/index.html  For aircraft i use M98toBGL, which you can find on this site.  http://www.simviation.com/fsdesign_scenery5.htm
