  Can roads be added to scenery and if so where would I find instructions. Also RR tracks???

Take a look at CoastLineMaker - it doesn't just do coast lines! Sorry - you'll have to search. Can't remember the zip name. Also there have been some patches and updates since version 1 so make sure you get all of em
