After some re-painting my Textures are all Black. Dxt Bmp shows what i've done ok. I hope you can help. Let me know if i've not made it clear enough. Kind regards Peedy (Peter)

What aircraft are you painting?

I'm guessing your saving under the wrong format, when I very first started repainting I painted an add-on PC-7 and saved it as the wrong format and the entire airplane was black.

If its a FSX default aircraft make sure you save it as a .DDS

BMP files will work on default, but DDS is better. If you save the image as a DDS file, remember to flip the image and alpha vertically within DXTBMP before saving.

Without knowing which aircraft you're repainting I suggest saving repainted textures in the same format as the original textures.
