VC Texture tweaking question.

This is mainly for the A300 b4 model by Thomas Ruth. I'm trying to put my wife's picture somewhere in the VC. I chose a nice spot but the picture does not show up in game. I tried to do through the "main" bmp in the panel folder. I was able to do it successfully in three other planes so far, but I am having trouble with this one. I tried to save as 24bit bmp (as it was originally in the folder under properties) and I also tried to save it as a bmp 88-888 (hope I did that right) but neither worked. Any ideas on this?

btw, When I loaded the texture into DXTBmp, it was resized for some reason. It went from 1024x768 to 1024x1024. Why would that happen?

It uses .dds textures not .bmp.

The textures in the panel folder are bmp files, not dds.

I don't have this model but if it is pure FSX model and the VC has been made as a seperate model, the VC textures may be found in the individual texture folders or a shared texture folder.
