I know repaint is more an art and skill than anything else, you cannot take a electrician and make him a spraypainter and vice versa. I want to know is there some techniques I dont know of how to make texturing more realistic - wear marks, panels ect??  Any tips is welcome...

When applying a design/color over a white base skin, I have found that one of the most important things is to set the blend mode of the design layer to "multiply" with the layer below it. This allows you to put something on top of the white skin without destroying any rivets or other designs. It is far better than using translucency, which generally results in a washed-out look.

Thank you for the tips Patchz and Mr Tech Diver   :-) I think I need to get a few good plugins for CS3, and shop around to buy some skills!    :-) oh wait , Skills you have to develop, its not for sale  :-)

I am working on the paint work of the JBizz, and I think when i am finished, I must ask a few guys to volunteer to create the most realistic repaint in a contest for the JBizz to go with the final release as the official repaint. What do you think???
