Help With FSrepaint V2.0 Alpha

I am playing around with the FSrepaint V2.0 demo until I get it, and I can only get it to be either black or white. Is this just a restriction in the demo, or is it something I'm doing? :-?

Are you saying your new texture will only show as black or white?
If you provide more info you'll get more help.

If your dealing with a DXT1 texture, those are your only 2 options. On or off.
