Can someone help me with repainting the FSX Acceleration P-51, whenever I try to it comes out like this:

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Without any more info, it's hard to judge, but it looks as though you are not naming the texture you create the same as the original.

I checked the names, pretty sure they're the same.
What info do you need?

Looks to me like the textures need flipping.

Which applications are you using for editing & saving the textures?

I use DXTbmp for conversion, and Paint.NET for editing.

When you reload the texture in DXTBmp after editing try flipping it before saving it. Image/Flip Image and Alpha.

P-51 Help??
