If the logo is a BMP then you should be able to copy then paste it into the PSP BMP where it should appear as a new layer

Then you need to work the logo image first..use the background eraser tool (not the regular eraser) to remove the color from the background of the logo...play with the settings and you should be able to do it..caution though, things with closely colored backgrounds can be tricking to remove with removing the item you want to keep..it's all trial and error. Also, don't touch the item you want to keep with the "head" of the eraser, stay just off the edge of it...

Use the magic wand. It will remove the background color.
Take you bmp, cut it and then past it onto a transparent layer.
Take the magic wand, the little black stick, and put it on the color you want removed. Then left click. The color will disappear and the remaining will have dashes around it. Go to SELECTION, REMOVE ALL. The dashs will disappear. Then merge the layers so that the background stays transparent. Save it as a PSD.
Then you can use it again whenever you want.
