Custom Repaint Help

It is for the FSX Lear45. I have the converted DDS texture file, and I have it set up in the aircraft folder, but when I start FS, the airraft looks like this...
Here is the .DDS file.
What I am asking is if anyone can apply the texture to the Lear for me if I email them the DDS. They can just email me back the texture package and I'll take it from there.
