8-)Hello!!!

I need lots of help with my repainting.
i use paint with DXTbmp and might be getting photo shop soon.
Anywho i have tried painting the FD4 f/a-18C, mike stone C-130J and some others.
but i can't ever get htem wuite right and paint isnt really cutting it for me.

Sometimes the aircraft go blACK in some spots for some reason in game.
Any suggestions???

i would also like help on repainting aircraft!

Have you guys tried the links in the sticky at the top of this forum?

well, I have noticed that if your textures are in the wrong .bmp format they will appear as black, it would help if we had screenshots of your aircraft ingame.

I have DXTBmp and I can repaint most freeware aircraft but not the standard FSX aircraft. I only use MS paint, is there any freeware programs out there for better repaints. I have done a successful repaint of the freeware Pitts for FSX. I know the FSX default aircraft textures are DDS files, but when I save a paint of one they don't show in FSX.

Have you done all the Aircraft config stuff?

Hey guys thank you for the help i have Adope Photohop Elements 5.0 and all is fine also Mitch (mab_08) get paint.NET V3.0 it is a freeware program much like photoshop but less effects for editing photos but a lot better than paint...

Yeah sorry about that my keyboard was messing up but all fixed now  :o It said i just can't get them quite right
