I have recently got the repaint bug and have done a couple of F27 and short 360 repaints using the base texture files included with the downloaded aircraft and the new textures work fine in fs2002. However when i download a new aircraft say HS748 OR Jetstream 31 (which has no base textures) and copy the original texture folder then edit that to my new colour scheme either only the wings show the new colours or non of the colour is displayed in fs2002. Having thought I had cracked this game I am now not so sure.... any pointers ? :-/

Sorted the problem ti seems that when using paint I had been saving the aircraft as 24 bit bmp files and these were incorrect and did not show textures in fs2002 but when changed them to 256bmp files textures appear finally managed to go to bed at four in the morning after cracking this one.
