New VA seeking help with creation of fleet.

Hey all,
I'm Ryan Waldron, Regional Flight Director for Eagle Virtual. We are a new VA just gettng started, and are looking for someone to help out with creation of our fleet. You can check out the site at http://eaglevg.org
I am just starting to learn how to repaint aircraft myself, and it is a slow process. I am looking for someone to help out with creation of our fleet's textures. I have come up with a general concept for our first livery, it is in the site gallery at the address above.
It would be a great help to have someone that has experience to help with the initial textures for our initial 6 aircraft in th efleet, as well as help me learn the process so that I can continue with new aircraft as we add to the fleet.
I am currently working in the Gimp, as I don't have hundreds of dollars to invest in photoshop. I am using DXTbmp to convert textures into standatd 24 bit bitmaps to edit, and then convert back into extended bitmaps for the textures.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
