If you want a beginner's guide, check the link in my sig.  If you're looking for something more advanced or detailed, someone else will be along shortly  ;D

Good Luck in learning to reapint. The SimV Site-Admin has stuck a thread "Aircraft Texture Repaint Kits" at the top of this forum which has just about everything linked there is to know about it.
