Repainting....

Hey all,
  I was wondering: Can I repaint an aircraft in MSPaint? You see, I've tried it before and it hasn't worked. Everytime I have taken a base texture, repainted it, modified the aircrafts' CFG file to fit with the texture and loaded a flight in my repainted aircraft it never works. Can somebody please help me?

yes, you can.  Ive painted in paint, and was very successful.  Just type 'Jacob Lynn' on flightsim to see my work.  My paints have totaled about 300 downloads.
