Hello

I have just made a aircraft in gmax and now i need to add some textures to make it look good could someone please tell me exactly what i have to do i want to make my own textures i have got pixia and i have made some textures in pixia but i dont know what i should do now.
do i have to do something in the aircraft CFG file?
And how do i apply the textures to what part of the aircraft i want like the wing's and engines and tail and all that.

I don't see your post in Repainting so I'll bite :-)

I havnt dont anything like this in ages, but its done in GMAX. You open the material editor but instead of applying a colour, you open the file system, and select a bitmap.

Then on the item your applying to, use the modifier called UUV mesh or somthing like that (if my memory is still working)

That should get you started!

You can google for more tutorials on this kind of thing.
