Hi there,
Some time ago I found a tool that enables you to look at your aircraft without having to start FS. A must have for repainters. As you can imagine I thought..: I'll download it later....
And now I can not find it anymore :(
Does anybody know what I am talking about? If so, could you give me some directions where to find it?
Thanks in advance,
Arjan

Thanks Andy.
It's not the one I have seen though- that was a freeware standalone (and that's what I'm looking for). I'll give the demoversion of FS repaint a try - all I need is the "preview feature"

Agreed . . . many registered owners of FSRepaint feel this ability to view FS9 aircraft makes it worth the $29 bucks. Gee, and one can even repaint planes with it :-)

i use dxtbmp which is a file converter (freeware). only 69 kb's works great
then for my paint program i use,
its Photoshop CS 8.
got it free from a friend.
Thats the easiest and most realistic way i repaint,
i've been able to paint textures for my Airline with all the most detail features such as detailing all of the Bolts and the lines from a Boeing , Airbus, DC's.
Its what the person feels is right for his/her paint programs.
i just like photoshop CS 8 with the file converter.
makes repainting easy,
I repainted a Boeing 737 with Paint Shop Pro 9.
that took 2.5 Hours to get it exactly the way i want it.
with photosop it took 30 mins to make it the same way.
Happy Painting.

Thanks a TON for that link - I'm constantly switching between PS and FS9 when doing high detail work (such as wraparound camo) - you just saved me a ton of time!
