The principles of repainting are the same.

1- Convert the flightsim textures to something your paint program can use ....  (use imagetool or DXTBMP)

2 - paint (photoshop or .....)

3. - convert back  (imagetool or DXTBMP)

Basically, you can follow any PSP repainting tutorial, just use the principles.

I use photoshop, its top end software but as far as repainting is concerned its the same as paintshop pro, just different buttons really.

Yes, but since I have no knowledge of using psp, it would be pointless for me to try and use it.

The whole point of this discussion is that you DON'T need Paint Shop Pro if you have Photoshop.
