Pai textures/ultimate airlines

Hi, When getting into repaints, I see that PAI has a texture manager and if yu have Ultimate airlines one can do repaints with their program. Does one need Pai texture manager if one has ultimate traffic or can one just do everything through the UT program? Hope I make sense.  :-/ Thank you, jakob
