Re-painting Guide For Photoshop 7

Hey somebody somewhere deep inside these fourms may have asked this and got a good reply, but i just cant find it so im sorry if this is a ''repeat'' post.

Anyhows i was wondering are there any guides on the internet explaining how to re-paint planes using Adobe Photoshop 7? I know there are ones available for Photoshop 5.

Can anybody help?

The principles are the same.  Just adapt the tutorials to conform to the particular program's keystrokes.
