THIS IS FURIATING!!! >:(  I'm doing a repaint of the mitchel wing, but my paint doesn't show up.  This is the Aircraft.cfg:

[fltsim.0]
JABIndex=1
title=Mitchel Wing
sim=M_Wing
model=
panel=
sound=
texture=
checklists=
atc_heavy=0
atc_id=
atc_airline=
atc_flight_number=
ui_manufacturer=HomeBuilt
ui_type=Mitchel Wing Ultralight
ui_variation=Red
description=For best results use with 3 axis twist joystick or rudder pedals.\n                   \nThese aircraft files are freeware, if you payed for them E-mail\n\nk.johnson\nkj1110@yahoo.com

[fltsim.1]
JABIndex=1
title=Mitchel Wing
sim=M_Wing
model=
panel=
sound=
texture=1
checklists=
atc_heavy=0
atc_id=
atc_airline=
atc_flight_number=
ui_manufacturer=HomeBuilt
ui_type=Mitchel Wing Ultralight
ui_variation=Blue
description=For best results use with 3 axis twist joystick or rudder pedals.\n                   \nThese aircraft files are freeware, if you payed for them E-mail\n\nk.johnson\nkj1110@yahoo.com

Can someone tell me is I'm doing something wrong.  One thing that I am confused about is what the JABIndex=1 thing is. That could be the problem.

Also, this is a Fs2002 aircraft in Fs9, so I had to disable unsupported features, but every thing works fine except the prop texture is missing.

First, the JABIndex entry should not cause a problem. Unless you use the JabGau utility yourself the designer had it installed. You can safely delete both entries.

From a quick peek at your example you have used the same title= name for both variations. If you change the name in the [fltsim.1] entry it should work. This is providing your repainted textures are in a subfolder named Texture.1.

Thanks, I got it working.

PS: If you want to see it, it's in the freeware screenshots forum, Fresh Paint
