Fleet Painter, and Fleet Designer/manager needed!

Postby Patrick_Star » Sun Sep 28, 2003 10:04 pm

Hello everyone.  I just started a new virtual airline, and I need someone to take care of my fleet.  I can't get members if they don't have aircraft to fly!  The aircraft will be FS98 or Fs2004 aircraft.  But I am also willing to hire people with FS2000 or FS2002 to make aircraft of those versions.  More versions of aircraft means more members!  So if you are interested in painting, or making/managing a fleet of various sizes of aircraft, just post here!

                                          Thanks,
                                                 Garrett Newheart

not neccessary i am fleet manager at hyperion and have found out the best way is to start off with just a few aircraft say lke 3 small ones then as the routes expand and you have more pilots then a new aircraft comes along.that way keeping pilots dedicated by offering them new aircraft now and again. no one uses 98 any more i dont think i would stick with fs2002 or fs9 for the numbers :D hope this helps.

Also, Garrett - start off with 3-4 repaints you've done yourself.  An interested pilot will want to have something already there.

Your first livery can be (relatively) simple.  Note that many RL airlines have gone for the plain white billboard look (like PanAm) with a logo on the side and tail.

As you get more members, one of them will undoubtedly be an artist-in-waiting and take it upon himself to create fancy "specials".

Ok thanks.  I haven't put together my site yet, so I don't have to worry about members joining at the moment.  So I'll do some repaints.  Thanx!
