aircraft paint programs

Hi I recently started using FS2002 and I would like to repaint the 737-400 that came with the software. Is there a program that makes it easy to paint an aircraft. When I view the aircraft textures in PSP 7, they all look different with black and white stripes or lots of dots of different colours. It almost looks as though they need to be edit or created in a different graphic program.

Hi TG. You need DXTBmp to convert the textures.
