Hey boys & girls! I just started working with a new paint kit that seems to leave a matte finish. My question is, is there a way to make the finish look bright and polished?

Using: MS Paint (Main colors and striping)
Learning/Using: Paint Shop 9X Ultimate (placing tail numbers and general color settings)

New to repaints myself but I think it has something to do with the alpha channel

Ok, that's what I was thinking. I'll give that a try.
