Logo Light Effect

Hi Guys,
Can someone please explain how to go about lighting up the logo on an aircraft in FS9.This is my first attempt at this and I am not having any luck with it, so any help would be greatly appriciated.

On some aircraft its in the ***_l.bmp file that you need to colour.

As intimated above

Take a look at the night textures of a model that has that effect.

You will see then how it's done on the textures.

If it means any changes to the model itself, then there is nothing you can do.
