Texture Failure

When i try to even previw a texture bitmap, it says "drawing failed" and doesn't work. I want to try my hand a repainting, but i'm getting rejected by my computer.

You'll need DXTbmp that will allow you to open and change those format's which have drawing failed. -Steven
