Pixia problem

every time i go to open a fuselage texture file from an aircraft that i want to repaint a message pops up that says "pixia.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close." why is it doing this and what can i do to fix it?

Open the texture in DXTBmp & send it to Pixia for editing. Read the tute I sent you the link for.
