repaint adn fde

hey guys can you help me making a new repaint what program should i used and can some link me to the tuturial one last thing do you guys have a better 737-300ffx FDe, poskys A330fde and a340fde because poskys fde for a330  and a340 sucks specially on landing with flaps you always add 80% of the power just to maintain 150 knots plust the plane pitch quite high i need your help guys thank:)

*reads post a few time over to guess where punctuation should be* lol  ;), for the program to use, I suggest PSP (PainT Shop Pro) or Photoshop, personally I'm a PSP man. As for the FDE you could have a look in Aircraft.cfg and tweak the flap drag, or thrust scalers to lower drag, or increase thrust.
