Default Cessna 172 - Tail Number

Can I change the position of the tail number. Im working on a re-paint which needs the number to be lower, and further forward on the fuselage, is it possible to change where the tail number is positioned.

I could be wrong here, but I think the tail number is set in the model file, and I dont think you can change it, but I am not sure, maybe someone else knows fersure...

No, you cannot change the position of the tail number on ANY of the default aircraft, as it is part of the texturing that M$ does.  With almost any other addon aircraft, the tailnumber is part of the paintjob, but with all M$ aircraft it is a vairable number that matches what you input in the aircraft.cfg (not sure how it works! ).

You can always add the tail number to your repaint and turn off the default n-number in the aircraft selection menu.

ok thanks, I cant really add it to the textures.. unless i want it backwards on one side  :-/
