How do I fix blurry outside textires?

I have downloaded several planes to Fs9, but on some of them I have terriible textures, they seem blurry, yet the inside is very sharp. How do I fix this, say  in the Mooney downloads to look sharp in texture. I also down loaded the P51 Silver Lady and she came out not silver but white, how do I fix this?
Please help if you can.

Not sure what causes it, but if you run close to the aircraft in spot view (hit the "=" key) this will focus the textures.

I've noticed this too. You can remove MIPs from textures that have them which goes a small way to fixing this, but other than that Savas has got it spot on with zooming in and then out again.

I believe the problem is with FS and there is no real solution as yet..... fs2006..? Though I find running FS in full screen mode helps.
